SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping within the US! We will cover the first $15 of international shipping and the customer will be billed for the remaining amount prior to shipping the order. The customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees. We will contact you around the time of the sale with a quote for the remaining charges due or you can contact us for a quote prior to purchasing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns with a full refund will be accepted for manufacturing errors only. This includes a damaged product, not as ordered or a failed time frame that was previously discussed or noted.
For damaged products, the customer has five days from the date the product is received to thoroughly inspect the product and notify Bear Valley Forge of any issues. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.
If a customer has a change of mind and chooses to return(not exchange) a stock item(non-custom), our shipping costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount and a refund will be issued as soon as the item has returned to us with no signs of use or damage.
If a customer has a change of mind and chooses to return(not exchange) a custom made item, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and the refund will be issued as soon as the item has returned to us with no signs of use or damage.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on stock items(non-custom), however, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
We accept exchanges on custom items with a possible 10%-20% restocking fee if the order is something unusual. You may ask us if this will apply to your custom order before finalizing the order.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO MISUSE! IT IS UP TO YOU TO PROPERLY USE AND MAINTAIN THESE PRODUCTS.
